The little lost dog without a collar.....
Today is my grandson Benjamin's birthday and ... at the parking of my
supermarket, on the bonnet of my car, sitting on his little bottom, waiting
for whom??myself I suppose, an adorable little brown thing that
gesticulated.....
As always, total silence, no-one saw anything.....it is the fashion
here......
So, here I am with another little friend in my arms.
Visit to the closest Vet and there..surprise, astonishment and horror at
what I was hearing:
"But really Julie, it is a common bastard, not pretty, it is better putting
him to sleep......"
Without saying a word, with tears in my eyes, my little brown thing still in
my arms, I went to another Vet who knows my way of thinking.
So, the little brown thing is a boy, 6 weeks old.
Disparasited and vaccinated, Benji - yes, I called him Benji after my
grandson - went into quarantine at Antonia's, my friend Antonia.....
What a love is little Benji and already so intelligent....
As far as I'm concerned, all dogs are beautiful, pedigrees or bastards, all
of them have a heart and a soul....
Who wants to sponsor Benji and try to find a good home for him?
I will give you news regularly of this little bit, a little bit that has
brought happiness to La Higuera - how lovely it is to save an animal......I
adore it!
Merci
Julie

Little Benji, grown in size and .....in wisdom.
His little ears stand up and he reminds me of a little Bambi.
The tops of his ears are turned back......it is so funny!
We go for walks, we have fun.
He is very affectionate my little " survivor". Very good pal, not noisy,
doesn't damage anything in the house.....what a dream of a little dog!
