A very , very big thank you to all of you for your generosity which will allow YO's operation to take place. It is scheduled for Saturday 13th at 13:00 hrs.

I am very excited at the thought that our little "YO", because now she is "Our YO", will regain a normal life, go for walks, will play, etc.... And why shouldn't she now find a loving family?

Saturday is the big day for YO and for all of us who love her. You will be informed of the result of the operation.

Again, thank you so much!!

PS.: I forgot to tell you that YO is the sister of Hilda who went to Sweden in January 2004.

The operation was successful, she awakened with no problems, she isn't suffering and is staying at the clinic overnight in peace and quiet.
Tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock she will be coming back to La Higuera.

Once again, a " big thank you " to all of you.

Yo's recovering seems very good, she's having a daily long walk in the mountains together with Julie and two of her friends. There is still a week left before we can take the bandage off in order to know if the operation was successful.

Yo is improving more and more...the medical treatment have now finished and she has started a new life. Oh,, to be able to gambol outside again, to run and play with her companions, to once again have a taste for living, accepting the food presented to her and, above all, being now fully integrated at "La Higher".
It is a great joy for all of us.....

Yes, I have been adopted by a fantastic family from Stockholm!! In my happiness, I must not forget all of those who, through their generous donations, have contributed to my operation and my survival.

My joy I dedicate to you...as well as to my doctor Ali. I went quickly to bring him the good news because I very much like going to his clinic - I always get a lovely caress from his hand and a jovial "Hola YO, how are you"!!

To go and live in a big house, a big garden, a family that will look after me....I must be dreaming!!! It has been Lotta, my benefactress, who has been looking after me here and she was the one who found my new family; I will fly with her to Arlanda.....all the way to Paradise...
