This morning I found Mickey who neither wanted to nor couldn't get up....he had vomit all around him....I immediately went to Juan's and we still don't know what's wrong with Mickey so we are waiting for the results of a blood test. BUT HIS SYMPTOMS INDICATE THAT HE HAS BEEN POISONED. HE IS HAVING SERUM...I returned home sad and alone...I hope that nothing serious will happen to him....

Today is a 'great new day' in La Higuera.
Dodger took a biscuit from my hand for the first time after two years living here....after trying again and again...what a shame nobody could 'capture' this historic moment... Dodger was found hanging from a tree but is now well looked after. I thought he would always have a phobia of humans...and yet he is trying and would like to do so much like the others. At la Higuera  we have breakfast together, the kitchen door remains open..I stand with my cup of milky coffee,,and there are biscuits for my guests... little by little he wanted to do as they do and he came closer until about 30cm from me...and he snatched the biscuit ,which he so loves, a little harshly from my hand as he has never learned how to be sweet and polite. How lovely it is to LIVE with ALL MY FRIENDS, it can bring such joy.
And so the story will continue...
In an enclosed space he will let you touch him but in free open spaces he will not....does anyone have any idea why this might be

Sucha is adopted....I can hardly believe it, our little Sacha who was left by a Polish man for a few days and who had a false mobile telephone number, Sucha the Sweet One, Sucha who knew how to make so many people love her....Sucha, the beautiful Sucha ( if you could only see her eyes!), yes, Sucha is adopted, I have just received a mail from Auslag, she will fly this Summer to the mild Norwegain climate, with Cosita...
